Where and When are we?

Where?

Well, I'm really lazy so I didn't want to devise new regions, but I might if enough people want to start anew and/or just narrow it down to one or two regions. I don't know yet. Depends on what people want.

When?

I figured I'd set it a little later than the games, so people who played large roles in the games, such as Steven from Ruby/Emerald/Sapphire, he existed, but he's either old or passed on kind of deal. We're the next generation while they all get booted ;P
