Okay, so I've made it to where every pokemon is attainable in this game. However, some are way more popular or stronger than others, and therefore I have to keep controls on the popular pokemon, the rare ones, and especially the legendaries.
Which I will now start out by saying no legendaries to begin with. You can only have them by,
1-Special Permission by Mew or
2-Winning them in a contest
